Help someone climb a mountain and find out that you too reached the top https://eksperts.net/help-someone-climb-a-mountain-and-find-out-that-you-too-reached-the-top/ https://eksperts.net/help-someone-climb-a-mountain-and-find-out-that-you-too-reached-the-top/#respond Thu, 08 Feb 2024 14:24:45 +0000 https://eksperts.net/?p=1788

What does John Paul Jones, the bass/keyboard/musician of Led Zeppelin, have to do with the professional corporate world and project teams, or even climbing a mountain?

Hear me out.

Recently, I was listening to my music in random mode and the song No Quarter by Led Zeppelin (live 1973) came on and it shows how much of a positive influence John Paul Jones has on the rest of the band.

Even if you do not like Led Zeppelin, try to listen to their music to try to understand why people talk about them as a pivotal band to introduce a blended sound, genre, and style (rock, blues, jazz etc.).

The three other band members are all very talented and shine on their own. However, notice how John Paul Jones lays a foundation of groove and melody so the other three have the blanket to deliver their best. As a band member his focus, without any ego, is to serve the song, the other band members and in turn the listeners’ experience.

Similarly, every team will shine when there is at least one team member focused on the success of the team and project without any ego and ulterior motive. This was one of the main lessons I learned early on in my career. Every project and team I work with, my focus is always to serve the end result of successful project and satisfied client. Make sure that the experience is positive, memorable, and everyone learns something and improves.

Let us help you and your team climb those mountains and help you shine.

When faced with a tough decision, it is easy to confuse fear for intuition. https://eksperts.net/when-faced-with-a-tough-decision-it-is-easy-to-confuse-fear-for-intuition/ https://eksperts.net/when-faced-with-a-tough-decision-it-is-easy-to-confuse-fear-for-intuition/#respond Wed, 10 Jan 2024 16:00:00 +0000 https://eksperts.net/?p=1763

When faced with a tough decision, it is easy to confuse fear for intuition.

When trying to find answers to a problem they are already concerned about, many people confuse intuition with fear. But if you’re already worried about a situation, you’ll project your fear onto everything else around you.

Intuition is the ability to understand something without conscious reasoning.

· Reading between the lines and detecting what others are thinking or feeling before they express it.

· A flash of insight or a great idea that seems to come out of previous experience and knowledge.

· Getting a pit in your stomach when you need to make a decision.

Fear often seems like pushing energy, as if you want to avoid disappointment, scorn, or rejection. Your motive is to avoid being punished or an outcast. Fear in your body feels like fast, frenzied, disturbed energy.

Intuition, on the other hand, feels like pulling energy—as if you’re being drawn to your best interests, even if it means taking a risk. There’s optimism, and perhaps even underlying excitement.

Signs of a Reliable Intuition

  1. It conveys facts neutrally and unemotionally.
  2. It feels right in your gut.
  3. It has a compassionate and affirming tone.
  4. It gives crisp and clear impressions that are “seen” first, then felt.
  5. It conveys a detached sensation, like you’re in a theater watching a movie.

Signs of an Irrational Fear

  1. It is highly charged with emotions.
  2. It has cruel, demeaning, or delusional content.
  3. It lacks a sense of certainty or accuracy.
  4. It reflects on prior psychological scars.
  5. It has diminished centeredness and perspectives.

The more you identify these signs and focus on your decision making process the more fluid and easier it gets.

What are your challenges when you are making important decisions?

Why am I repurposing the same image from my last post?… https://eksperts.net/why-am-i-repurposing-the-same-image-from-my-last-post/ https://eksperts.net/why-am-i-repurposing-the-same-image-from-my-last-post/#respond Fri, 05 Jan 2024 19:58:15 +0000 https://eksperts.net/?p=1759

Why am I repurposing the same image from my last post?…

Mainly to make a point that everything is perspective. It’s all about how one looks at things, with an open mind and history/background.

You see, I am not sure why the person in this picture was doing that and I cannot ask them.

We should always keep an open mind and not quickly judge and react without trying to see things from various perspectives to try to come to an understanding. Even if things seem like they are going against our beliefs and knowledge.

Put yourself in place of the other person.

Think about different scenarios that happened to get to that point.

Prior experiences and what options did they have to choose from to get through things.

Others involved that interfered, guided/influenced.

They have enough autonomy to make those choices or were they restricted by others, financially, experience or self-sabotage.

They believe in Karma and how do they process to get through it depends on if that belief is superficial and learned behavior or willing to do the work to understand and get through it.

They have a history of relying on others to make or influence their decision.

They do not want to be accountable.

They lack the skill and experience to dissect and work through it and need help.

They fear failure or facing challenges or like to take shortcuts.

They were incorrectly sold a bunch of goods that really did not solve the core problem.

Maybe they are delaying it because they are dealing with another challenge.

They are so used to these challenges that this is their normal and do not know any better.

They struggle through it and blame others.

Throw money at it and take shortcuts without truly figuring it out and solving it long term.

They have seen and have been through something similar before and understand and know the process and take appropriate actions.

I replied: “Music is the only thing that stays with me, heals me and helps me look at things differently.”

7 Facets of a Sigma Personality going Dark to reflect: self-discovery https://eksperts.net/7-facets-of-a-sigma-personalitys-dark-side/ https://eksperts.net/7-facets-of-a-sigma-personalitys-dark-side/#respond Mon, 18 Dec 2023 21:40:29 +0000 https://eksperts.net/?p=1730

Have you ever considered the secret qualities that people seek to keep hidden, particularly the enigmatic Sigma personalities? These rare people in the social hierarchy have a hidden darker side that emerges at pivotal junctures, driving them toward dramatic transformations. Let’s dive into the profound and surprising changes that occur when a Sigma personality goes dark.

Strategic Machiavellian Tendencies:

During their darkest hours, Sigma personalities channel Machiavellian qualities, displaying strategic prowess that allows them to make difficult judgments free of emotional entanglements. This emotional detachment serves as a shield, helping individuals to thrive in competitive circumstances and negotiate difficult situations with unrivaled focus.

Embracing Riskier Behaviors:

Sigma personalities embrace their darker side as they seek a dramatic life shift, becoming more prepared to take calculated risks. These risks are not taken on the spur of the moment, but are carefully considered, allowing Sigmas to journey into unfamiliar territory, make daring judgments, and push beyond their comfort zones.

Impermeable Calmness:

Sigma personalities exhibit an almost impenetrable peace when in dark mode, allowing them to make tough judgments with a clear and concentrated mind. This is not indifference, but rather an emotional resilience that permits individuals to handle obstacles without being overwhelmed by external demands.

Mania-Induced Confidence:

When they tap into their darker side, Sigmas may feel a surge of confidence comparable to a manic condition, driving them to extraordinary accomplishments. While this increased confidence might be advantageous, it is critical to maintain a balance in order to prevent overconfidence and associated hazards.

Ingratiation as a influential Tool:

Sigma personalities who are well-versed in human psychology may be able to use this knowledge to attain their objectives. This adjustment in strategy demonstrates their capacity to skillfully influence people.

Motivation for Change:

The dark side of Sigma personalities stimulates a surge in motivation and ambition, motivating them to push past conventional boundaries, take risks, and disrupt the status quo. This increased drive leads to the development of new methods and breakthroughs.

Falling Off the Grid:

When a Sigma personality enters dark mode, they frequently retreat from social situations for a lengthy period of time. This in solitude is essential for self-reflection since it allows people to focus on internal growth and transformation away from external distractions.

Conclusion:

Sigma personalities’ dark side reveals a profound and transforming aspect of their character. Do these observations ring true for you? Leave your opinions in the comments section below.
