This is one of the most recent examples of the feedback I get from clients, partners and people I work with. This card came to me via regular mail, within the second week I joined the project.
I was asked to join this implementation project while it was mid-flight because it was struggling. The client was not happy and not engaging on calls. The implementation team lost a member or two within the first few months. Things were not going well, and the project was in jeopardy.
To turn this project around was a team effort. I couldn’t fix this by myself. However, as the note indicates, I was the catalyst. 😊
