Meet Hrair.
More than three decades of experience. Still curious enough to ask one more question.
I have spent my career moving between technology, business, people, and decisions—often serving as the bridge when those conversations stopped connecting.
I began as a builder. Over time, I became a translator, architect, facilitator, advisor, and occasionally the person invited into a difficult room because calm confidence was needed more than another status report.
WHAT THE YEARS TAUGHT ME
The first problem described is rarely the whole problem.
Sometimes the project plan is not the first thing that needs attention. Sometimes trust has to be rebuilt before decisions can move again. Sometimes the best contribution is a thoughtful question—or a bad dad joke at exactly the right moment.
Experience is not about having seen everything. It is about recognizing patterns without assuming the next client is the same as the last one.
WHY THE FLAME?
My name, Hrair, means “man of fire.”
The flame in the Eksperts identity is not simply a letter transformed into a symbol. It represents illumination, energy, curiosity, warmth, and the responsibility to help people see what may have been difficult to see before.
Fire can overwhelm. Used with care, it can also light the way. That is the meaning I want the symbol—and the work—to carry.
My job is not to have the first answer. It is to help everyone arrive at the better one.
THE HCM WHISPERER
Serious work does not require taking yourself too seriously.
A little humor can lower defenses, restore energy, and remind everyone that a complicated project is still a group of people trying to do something meaningful together.
